Meet Sofía M., an ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ study abroad student from Colorado College, chose to intern at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana (UAI) to continue her training in neuroscience at the CAECIHS, Center for Higher Studies in Human and Health Sciences.

Through the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Study in Buenos Aires: Psychology and Neuroscience Program, Sofía worked for four months on research, including the Prenatal Asphyxia Model, with Drs. Francisco Capani and Juan Pablo Luaces, CONICET researchers based at CAECIHS. She will also be listed as one of the authors of a research paper.

This opportunity was possible thanks to the coordination of the Secretariat of Institutional Relations, and the Department of International Cooperation of UAI, and ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½.
